As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 40 @ 150mA 2V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of -500mV allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 50mA, 500mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is -1.5A for this device.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 1.5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
