As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 750 @ 1.5A 3V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 2.5V, which allows for maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation (Max) of 2.5V @ 30mA, 1.5A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).A constant collector voltage of -4A is necessary for high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at -5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of -4A.This device can take an input voltage of 100V volts before it breaks down.The maximum collector current is 4A volts.
