This device has a DC current gain of 200 @ 100mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 260mV ensures maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 260mV @ 50mA, 1A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.Maximum collector currents can be below 2A volts.
