FDMA86151L is a 100v single N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. The onsemi FDMA86151L has been designed to provide maximum efficiency and thermal performance for synchronous buck converters. The low rDS(on) and gate charge provide excellent switching performance. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor FDMA86151L is in the MicroFET-6 package with 2.4W power dissipation.
