ISL9V5045S3S Description

ISL9V5045S3S provided by ON Semiconductor is a type of EcoSPARK N-channel ignition IGBT, which is designed for automotive ignition circuits, specifically as a coil driver. It is capable of delivering outstanding SCIS capability. Voltage clamping can be provided requiring no external components due to its internal diodes.
