MPSA55 Description

MPSA55 is a general purpose PNP transistor available in TO-92 and other small package. The transistor is having quite good characteristics due to which it can be used in variety of general purpose applications which can be either switching application or amplification. As a switch it can drive load of upto -500mA with the load voltage of upto -60V. The collector-emitter saturation voltage of the transistor is only 0.25 which is another plus point and thus this transistor can be used in low voltage applications.
