These N-channel power MOSFETs feature co-packaged power stage solution to minimize board space, minimized parasitic inductances, and reduced power losses. The dual N-channel power MOSFETs are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, system voltage rails, and point-of-load.
