In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 3A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of 2V, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 2.5V @ 80mA, 8A.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of -8A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 4MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 8A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
