TIP111TU Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 1A 4V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.5V, it offers maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 2.5V @ 8mA, 2A.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 2A.A maximum collector current of 2A volts is possible.
