In this device, the DC current gain is 120 @ 150mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 600mV allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 600mV @ 30mA, 300mA.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.There is a transition frequency of 160MHz in the part.As a result, it can handle voltages as low as 50V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
