As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V.
