In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V.
