2STW100 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 500 @ 10A 3V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 3.5V, giving you a wide variety of design options.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at 25A.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 1V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 25A volts.
