A2C35S12M3 is the converter-inverter brake (CIB) topology found in an ACE PACK 2 pack that includes NTC that incorporates the most advanced trench gate's field stop technology. This brand new IGBT technology is the most effective balance between switching and conduction loss to increase the effectiveness of any converter that operates that is up to 20 kHz.
