BUL216 Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 12 @ 400mA 5V DC current gain.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it allows for maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 9V to gain high efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 4A.A maximum collector current of 4A volts can be achieved.
