BUL705 Overview
DC current gain in this device equals 16 @ 2A 5V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 800mV @ 1A, 4A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 10V to achieve high efficiency.The maximum collector current is 5A volts.
