MJ3001 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 5A 3V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V allows maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 4V @ 50mA, 10A.Maintaining the continuous collector voltage at 10A is essential for high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency. This device has a current rating of 10A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In the part, the transition frequency is 1MHz.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 10A volts.
