STD127DT4 Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 10 @ 1A 5V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1.3V, giving you a wide variety of design options. In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1.3V @ 1A, 4A.A constant collector voltage of 4A is necessary for high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 18V.Breakdown input voltage is 400V volts. In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 4A volts.
