STGP12NB60KD Product Details
STGP12NB60KD Description
The STGP12NB60KD is an N-Channel 18A - 600V TO-220/D2PAK short circuit proof PowerMESH? IGBT. STMicroelectronics has created an innovative family of IGBTs, the PowerMESH? IGBTs, with remarkable performances using the most recent high voltage technology based on a proprietary strip arrangement. In order to obtain extremely high switching capabilities (reduced tfall) while maintaining a low voltage drop, the suffix "K" designates a family that is tailored for high-frequency applications (up to 50kHz).
