With either input grounded, the input capacitance parameter, CI, represents the capacitance between the input terminals of the op amp. This device has a maximum input capacitance of 45pF @ 25V.Its continuous drain current is -130mA for this device. Drain current refers to the capacity of the device to conduct continuous current.Turn-Off delay time?is?the time taken to charge the input capacitance of the device before drain current conduction can start, and its turn-off delay time is 18 ns.During device turn-on, the input capacitance must be charged for a period of time before drain current conduction can begin, so its delay time is 10 ns seconds.Single MOSFETs transistor is the voltage across the gate-source terminal of a transistor that determines the gate-source voltage, VGS.-1.6V is the threshold voltage at which an electrical device activates any of its operations.Operating this transistor requires a 50V drain to source voltage (Vdss).Its overall power consumption can be reduced by using drive voltage (5V).
