FCX790ATA Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 300 @ 10mA 2V DC current gain.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of -450mV.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 450mV @ 50mA, 2A.A -2A continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.This device has a current rating of -2A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.The part has a transition frequency of 100MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 40V volts can be used.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 2A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
