In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 500mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of 160mV, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 250mV @ 100mA, 1A.A constant collector voltage of 1A is necessary for high efficiency.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 7V for high efficiency.This device has a current rating of 1A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 150MHz.An input voltage of 60V volts is the breakdown voltage.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
