ZUMT718TA Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 200 @ 500mA 2V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of -180mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Continuous collector voltage should be kept at -1A for high efficiency.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.Its current rating is -1A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.In the part, the transition frequency is 210MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 20V volts can be used.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
