ZXTN618MATA Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 200 @ 2A 2V DC current gain.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV.A VCE saturation (Max) of 270mV @ 125mA, 4.5A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).A 5A continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 7V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 140MHz.As a result, it can handle voltages as low as 20V volts.A maximum collector current of 5A volts can be achieved.
