2N5088 Product Details
2N5088 Description
The 2N5088 is a transistor with a TO-92 package for general use. ON Semi 2N5088 is made for low-noise, high-gain amplification and can also function as a switch. 2N5088 transistor can enhance a wide range of low gain signals to high gain with additional noise cutoff as an amplifier. ON Semi 2N5088 can also be used to drive a small 2 to 3 inch speaker as a standalone amplifier at the output of various audio circuits. When utilized as a switch, however, 2N5088 transistor can drive a load of 100mA continuously and 200mA in peak mode.
