2SD1815S-E Overview

DC current gain in this device equals 70 @ 500mA 5V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 400mV @ 150mA, 1.5A.Emitter base voltages of 6V can achieve high levels of efficiency.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 3A volts.
