As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 15 @ 3A 4V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V, it offers maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 1A, 6A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -6A.The part has a transition frequency of 3MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 6A volts.
