FGA25N120ANDTU Description

The FGA25N120ANDTU is an IGBT, 25 A, 2.5 V, 312 W, 1.2 kV, TO-3P, 3 Pins. Low conduction and switching losses are provided by Fairchild's AND series of IGBTs, which use NPT technology. For applications including induction heating (IH), motor control, general-purpose inverters, and uninterruptible power supplies, the AND series provides a solution (UPS).
