ISL9V2040D3ST Description
ISL9V2040D3ST are next-generation ignition IGBTs with superior SCIS capability in D-Pak (TO-252), D2-Pak (TO-263), and TO-220 plastic packages. The ISL9V2040D3ST is a coil driver designed for use in vehicle ignition circuits. Without the need of external components, internal diodes provide voltage clamping.
