MJE13007 is specially designed for high-voltage, high-speed switching inductor circuits with high-voltage and high-speed switching where drop time is critical. It is particularly suitable for 115V and 220V switching-mode applications such as switching voltage regulators, inverters, motor controls, solenoid valve / relay drivers and deflection circuits.
