In this device, the DC current gain is 50 @ 7A 5V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 400mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.Its current rating is 15A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.In the part, the transition frequency is 30MHz.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 15A volts.
