TN6726A Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 50 @ 1A 1V DC current gain.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 100mA, 1A.Emitter base voltages of 5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a -1.5A current rating.Collector current can be as low as 1.5A volts at its maximum.
