As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 70 @ 3A 4V.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 300mA, 3A.With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.A transition frequency of 20MHz is present in the part.Input voltage breakdown is available at 120V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 8A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
