As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 750 @ 5A 3V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V ensures maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation (Max) of 3V @ 100mA, 10A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 2.5V to gain high efficiency.The current rating of this fuse is -12A, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 12A volts.
