In this device, the DC current gain is 300 @ 5A 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1.8V, giving you a wide variety of design options.When VCE saturation is 2V @ 300mA, 12A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 15A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.The current rating of this fuse is 15A, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor can take a breakdown input voltage of 350V volts.TO-3PF is the supplier device package for this product.There is a 350V maximal voltage in the device due to collector-emitter breakdown.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 15A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
