BUX10 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 20 @ 10A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 700mV.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 1.2V @ 2A, 20A.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 7V.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (25A).Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 8MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 25A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
