This device has a DC current gain of 110 @ 2mA 5V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 600mV @ 5mA, 100mA.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.A transition frequency of 300MHz is present in the part.This device can take an input voltage of 30V volts before it breaks down.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 100mA volts.
