DXTA92-13 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 25 @ 1mA 10V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is -500mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at -5V allows for a high level of efficiency.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 50MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 300V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
