IHY30N160R2XKSA1 is a 1600v TrenchStop? Reverse Conducting (RC-)IGBT with a monolithic body diode. The Infineon IHY30N160R2XKSA1 can be applied in Inductive cooking and Soft switching applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 175℃. And the transistor IHY30N160R2XKSA1 is in the PG-TO247HC-3 package with 312W power dissipation.
