BSR16 Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 100 @ 150mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -1.6V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at -5V.Its current rating is -800mA, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 200MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 60V volts can be used.A maximum collector current of 800mA volts can be achieved.
