The AN series offers a solution for applications such as induction heating (IH), motor control, general-purpose inverters, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor FGL40N120ANTU is in the TO-264 package with 500 power dissipation.
