KSC2073TU Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 40 @ 500mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V ensures maximum design flexibility.When VCE saturation is 1V @ 50mA, 500mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.This device has a current rating of 1.5A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In the part, the transition frequency is 4MHz.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 1.5A volts.
