As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 100 @ 1mA 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 300mV @ 10mA, 100mA.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 6V to achieve high efficiency.Its current rating is 500mA, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.Product package TO-92-3 comes from the supplier.Device displays Collector Emitter Breakdown (60V maximal voltage).A maximum collector current of 500mA volts can be achieved.
