KST42MTF Overview
DC current gain in this device equals 40 @ 30mA 10V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current. This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA.Emitter base voltages of 6V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 500mA.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 50MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 300V volts. In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
