The MMBT2907 is a 60 V PNP bipolar transistor designed for general-purpose amplifiers or switches requiring up to 500 mA. It is available in a very compact surface-mount package (SOT-223). MMBT2907 is excellent for systems with limited space. MMBT2222 is the NPN complementary type.
