MPS8098 Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 1mA 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 400mV @ 5mA, 100mA.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 6V to gain high efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (500mA).In this part, there is a transition frequency of 150MHz.The breakdown input voltage is 60V volts.The maximum collector current is 500mA volts.
