MPSA28 Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 10000 @ 100mA 5V DC current gain. The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1.2V, which allows for maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 100μA, 100mA.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 500mA in order to achieve high efficiency. With the emitter base voltage set at 12V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 800mA.In the part, the transition frequency is 200MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 80V volts can be used.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
