MPSA93 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 25 @ 30mA 10V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -500mV.When VCE saturation is 400mV @ 2mA, 20mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a -500mA current rating.A breakdown input voltage of 200V volts can be used.There is no device package available from the supplier for this product.The device has a 200V maximal voltage - Collector Emitter Breakdown.A maximum collector current of 500mA volts is possible.
