NZT6714 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 50 @ 1A 1V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V allows for a high level of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 2A.Single BJT transistor can take a breakdown input voltage of 30V volts. In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
