PZTA64 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 20000 @ 100mA 5V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V allows maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 100μA, 100mA.Emitter base voltages of 10V can achieve high levels of efficiency.In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is -1.2A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 125MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 60V volts.Maximum collector currents can be below 1.2A volts.
